		<description>Great!  Just what we need -- another device which won&#039;t work.  At least there won&#039;t be ionizing radiation to worry about.   

Better idea:  Keep bad people off planes, not bad objects.  I can kill someone with a pencil or belt or beverage cart.   I can take out an airplane with the electronics gear in my laptop bag.   BUT I&#039;m not a bad person so I don&#039;t actively work on these things.</description>
